Van Damme to Wolves?
Well it looks like MM is off to a quick start again, just like last year when he chased down Kevin Doyle, who has proved to be a golden nugget for the lads in gold and black!
Van Damme, maintains that MM was persistent and that he feels as though he is wanted by Wolves, which indeed seems to be the case. We at Wolvesnews know very little about the player but from what we have read and seen on Youtube he looks like he could do a job for us. (See Wikipedia Profile Below)
Apparently he was in the crowd at the last match against Sunderland, which we feel is a good thing because we at Wolvesnews were really impressed by our performance. It was nice to see us play 4 -4-2 again and for Ebanks Blake to play as well as he did ~ lets hope that he can continue in the same vein next year.
In fact looking at the possible signing of Dindane from Portsmouth he is very much in the same mould as Ebanks Blake and approx 1 inch shorter consequently we at Wolvesnews feel that we should stick with Blakey in the hope that his form and indeed goalscoring expertise will again come to the fore.
Let's hope that we get Van Damme and indeed the other much needed players onboard to give us the spur we need to help stave off the second season syndrome.
